2. How We Use Your Information

3. AI Stylization and Third-Party Services

When you use our AI stylization feature:

  • Your selected photos are transmitted to our third-party AI service provider for processing
  • We do not store your photos on our servers after processing is complete
  • Photos are processed according to your selected city vibe and style preferences
  • Free users have access to AI stylization with monthly limits (15 images per 30-day period)
  • Premium users enjoy extended limits (150 images per 30-day period)
  • We ensure that our AI service providers maintain appropriate security measures to protect your data

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Local Storage

Most of your data, including photos, filter preferences, and app settings, are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this locally stored data unless you explicitly share it with us.

4.2 Cloud Storage

We do not store your photos in cloud storage. Photos processed through AI stylization are temporarily transmitted for processing but are not retained on our servers after processing is complete.

4.3 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Premium Subscription Features

Our App offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

  • Free Tier: Includes access to 10 city-inspired filters and AI stylization with a limit of 15 images per 30-day period
  • Premium Tier: Includes access to all filters (10 free + 4 premium filters) and extended AI stylization with a limit of 150 images per 30-day period

Premium subscription information is managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms of service.

6. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • AI Service Providers: When you use the AI stylization feature, we share your photos with our AI service provider solely for the purpose of processing your request
  • Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as analytics, crash reporting, and customer support tools
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information with your explicit consent or at your direction

  • Deletion: You can delete photos and data stored locally on your device at any time through the App's interface
